Case Study 1: This client needed to streamline applications, automate processes, and implement e-business solutions to better manage and collaborate with global suppliers.

  • Built 30 applications containing over 30,000 pages of content.
  • Consolidated numerous manual process and additional applications.
  • Created a standardized look and feel for all supplier management applications.
  • Developed a web-based portal where suppliers and the client teams could access all supplier management applications and content through a single seamless interface.

Case Study 2: This client had developed close to 2000 SharePoint and/or Clearspace collaboration sites for internal product development teams, engineering teams, and external suppliers to capture and share information, knowledge, and best practices and to allow teams to collaborate on various initiatives.
