Case Study: Web portal for customized reporting

Our client, a global financial services firm, created custom monthly reports and prospectuses for its largest high-wealth hedge fund customers. This process took weeks and resulted in diminished customer service to this very important customer set. Aquent designed and built an online reporting application that synced with the client’s consolidated information repository—also created by Aquent—which generates all necessary customized reports directly to customers at the click of a mouse. The result: reduced costs and improved customer service.
