Our client company, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, wants to add a Business Intelligence, Subject Matter Expert (SME) to their team. This is an on-going assignment, with an initial duration of one year. You will be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose. We are not considering H1-B candidates for this position.

Here is what you will do:
You will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business intelligence tools administration and service operations. This involves performing incident and problem resolution, standard service requests, infrastructure monitoring and alert response, and consultation with application support and development staff. You will be part of a 24x7 on-call rotation. Cell phone contact information is required.

Here is what you need to have:
• Deep experience with Business Objects is required.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Actuate - listed in order of importance.
• Basic scripting knowledge: SQL and UNIX Shell.
• Basic awareness of other infrastructure technologies: ie: WebSphere, database management system, UNIX and Windows Server Administration, storage or data networking.
• Competency in ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change Management preferred.
• Competency in Root Cause Analysis and Cause Mapping.
• Ability to coach team members toward a functional understanding of Business Objects (most important), Informatica PowerCenter, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Actuate.
• Experience with application of software updates.

IT Information Architect / Content Management & Collaboration : Milwaukee, Wisconsin : Temporary

Our client company, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, would like to add a Sr. Information Architect to their team. This is an on-going assignment. You will be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time.

The Sr. Information Architect sets the IT strategies for the Content Management and Collaboration technology domains and develops the related high level solution designs on projects.

The Content Management domain includes capabilities such as scanning and imaging, electronic forms, document management, digital asset management, content archiving and email management. The Collaboration domain includes capabilities such as: text-based messaging (IM, text messages, etc), online meetings (calendaring, web conferencing, video conferencing), team sites (SharePoint, application sharing, etc.) and social networking (social sites, virtual worlds, etc). Many of these capabilities are integral to several of our client's strategic initiatives.

Most of the Sr. Information Architect's time is spent either leading and developing IT strategy and/or working to apply IT strategies through solution designs on projects.

The Sr. Information Architect works with the Lead Architect to deliver the IT architecture for Content Management and Collaboration.

Architecture experience and/or demonstrated architectural competenicies required. Other requirements include leadership, ability to plan and produce strategy, guide the work of other information architects and grow the skills of team members.

HP OpenView Administrator : Milwaukee, Wisconsin : Temporary

Our client company, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, needs a HP OpenView Administrator / Network Node Manager for their technology team. This is an on-going assignment with the initial duration being one year. You would be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose. H1-B candidates will not be considered for this particular opening.

This position will perform administration of HP Network Node Manager technology and HP OpenView technology to monitor the performance, availability and health of our client's infrastructure as well as providing some application monitoring.

Administration will include implementing upgrades, capacity management, trouble-shooting and day-to-day operations tuning. This position will coordinate issue resolution with internal customer teams and with vendors.

Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of Windows, UNIX environment required.

We are looking for a Windows Server Engineer who will be responsible for designing and building networks and be accountable for software and hardware design and deployment of network equipment for various projects.

Skills and Experience:
• Experience supporting Windows Server 2008 R2 in a live production environment with greater than 200 OS instances.
• Experience designing and implementing efforts with Windows 2008 R2.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, WMI and Remote Access via Remote Desktop Protocols.
• Proven experience with capacity planning aspects of server provisioning from the hardware, storage & network perspectives.
• Experience supporting an ESX 4.x environment including planning new host and VM configurations for application project teams.
• Must be able to work with project teams and explain functionalities of VMware such as HA, Vmotion, and DRS.
• Experience working with architects planning and designing systems that will scale for future growth.
• Understanding of SAN functions and their impact on VMs.

Desired Skills:
• Experience working with ITIL.
• PowerShell scripting is preferred but knowledge of VBscript is acceptable.

IT Technical Engineer / Infrastructure Management / ITIL : Milwaukee, Wisconsin : Temporary

Responsible for identifying, defining, and modeling the technical infrastructure based on the application architecture for new functionality or new application development. This includes the integrated hardware, software, and communications components that provide the technical platform for the application solution and supporting data structures. Works with application engineer and Technical Services to provide a technology solution. A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role. Typically 5 to 8 or more years in the role would be expected.

SPECIFICS
• Accountable for proactively monitoring and responding to system alerts, notifications, and errors to ensure system availability and performance required by the internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the enterprise-wide messaging and collaboration infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for problem management and root cause analysis for infrastructure and software failures.
• Participation in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation (approximately once every eight weeks).
• Responsible for analysis and patching of SharePoint, Exchange, Good Mobile Messaging, Blackberry Enterprise Server, ZixVPM, and IronPort to address security, performance, or technical issues. Perform all related change management. Includes weekend work, as most production changes are performed during weekend maintenance zones.
• Responsible for vendor escalations to Microsoft, Zix, Cisco-IronPort, Good Mobile Messaging and Blackberry for advanced technical or infrastructure issues.
• Provides critical training and Subject Matter Expert (SME) expertise to resources on team dedicated to end business partner incident management. Directly manages priority incidents and problems for messaging and collaboration infrastructure.

This position is accountable for the administration of and completion of upgrades and patches to hardware and software for the enterprise UNIX Server technology infrastructure supporting top tier and business-critical functions. Work is performed independently and with minimal direct supervision.

Here is what you will do:

• Resolve incidents and problems to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
• Monitor performance and availability, performing system administration duties, tuning the infrastructure, and fulfilling project assignments.

Technical Responsibilities include:

• Administration and maintenance of:
- IBM AIX and VIO Environments.
- HP UX Itanium and PA Risc Environments.
- Red Hat Linux Environments.
- QAS and eTrust Authentication Services.
- Alignment of Work Environments with Network, Storage (NAS & SAN), MS Active Directory, HP Server Automation.

Previous experience using the following technologies or comparable products would be preferred:

Network Engineer : Milwaukee, Wisconsin : Temporary

This position is for a Network Engineer who will be responsible for:
1. Design and building of networks.
2. Accountable for software and hardware design and deployment of network equipment on behalf of projects.

Skills and Experience:
o Experience with routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and Multicast.
o Proficient in creating ACLs, TCP/IP sub-netting, and VLAN trunking.
